Your Guide

David Castillo

David's mission is to elevate humanity and the Earth. His work sits at the intersection of inner transformation and real-world systems change — spanning clean water access, renewable energy, policy, social impact, and storytelling.

He is the founder of Colibri Collective, a collective philanthropy platform focused on social and environmental impact. The first project launching this fall will provide clean water access to 13,000 people in rural Nicaragua.

Since 2022, David has dedicated himself to trauma-informed breathwork, nervous system healing, and purpose-driven leadership — guiding more than 200 people through breathwork and heart coherence practices that have been foundational to his own healing journey.

David also brings more than 15 years of experience at the forefront of climate technology — as an entrepreneur, strategist, and leader at top climate startups across energy storage, solar, clean energy software, and ESG investment. He holds a B.S. in Conservation and Resource Studies from UC Berkeley.

At the center of everything he creates is one mission: to help people reconnect — to themselves, to each other, and to planet Earth.

Sessions are recorded, but recordings aren't presence. The work happens in the room, in real time. Show up.
