Common Questions

Is breathwork safe for everyone?+

Most people can participate. There are some contraindications including certain cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, and epilepsy. A health intake form is completed before every session to ensure your safety.

What should I expect during a session?+

Expect the unexpected — in the best way. Emotional releases, physical sensations, visions, and deep peace are all common. You will be held and guided throughout.

What should I do to prepare?+

Avoid heavy meals 2–3 hours before, wear comfortable clothing, and come with an intention. A pre-session guide will be sent after booking.

Do I need prior experience?+

No experience needed. Beginners often have some of the most profound experiences. You will be guided step by step.
